DJV Property Management (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary of DJV Investment Group (Pty) Ltd being a multi-million operation. DJV Investment Group was founded by two dynamic entrepreneurs with the focus to give investors access to non-institutional investments in order to reap the high income rewards of being able to manage their own financial affairs.
DJV Investment Group (Pty) Ltd has 3 major objectives in mind:

- Supporting direct investors in their investment process
- Creating synergy between investors through group projects
DJV Property Management (Pty) Ltd focuses on administrating and managing a variety of different property projects ranging from individual endeavours to large management projects.
Siyathembana (previously known as The Brian Falconer Property Group) takes responsibility for all aspects of development, from land procurement through project management, sales and marketing, architecture and house construction.

Your InvestmentDJV Property Management gets involved with 2 – 3 new property developments per year, where we partner with individual investors to raise start-up capital. The average project requires about R 6 000 000 in start-up capital, and is generally contributed by between 10 to 30 individual investors. Start-up capital is normally geared at R 20 million to R 40 million through borrowed capital.
The primary focus is establishing long term buy and hold projects with solid income and well researched equity growth.
Investor benefitsContribution against a loan account
Capital contributions go against a loan account at a rate of prime -2%. Capital is repaid over 5 years. Interest is paid out annually.
Proportionate to the investment, investors gain a prorate portion of 10% share as well as dividends in the project that can be sold at market value at any point in time.
